Modern House Lucia in the Quiet Suburbs

Property is located in suburbs of Pula, which guarantees peaceful and quiet vacation surrounded by meadows and colorful flowers. The whole property consists of House Lucia and Apartment Alexandar, which can be booked together or separately.

Guests have a private roofed parking available, as well as a barbecue and free Wi-fi.

Bike storage is located in a small separate building in the back yard.



Modern house Lucia has a lovely terrace where guests can relax after a long day at the beach or exploring the surroundings.

Two bedrooms are available, which makes it a perfect house for 4 persons. One bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, while the other has two single beds. Flat screen satellite TV (with Internet access) is located in the living room.

The kitchen offers: stove, microvawe, toaster, dishwasher, refridgerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.

Damage deposit of 100 EUR is mandatory upon arrival, and the hosts will return it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

One small pet can be allowed upon request with an additional fee of 10 EUR per night.

Pula is an ancient city, most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus.

House is located in a newer, more quiet part of the city.

Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches, gulfs, capes and surrounding islands with untouched nature. Nearest beaches are Verudela and Zlatne stijene - 4 km.
