Large Relaxing Garden Retreat Close to the Centre, Beaches and Countryside

URBAN YET COUNTRYSIDE GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION about 2km from the beaches and from Pula city centre.
Very quiet and tucked away in nature, minutes away from the Arena, nearest beaches and other historic-cultural attractions.
Very bright and spacious, ideal for FAMILIES and GROUPS. Wonderful home base to enjoy the beaches, the centre and discover the rest of Istria. Cyclists are minutes away from trails and scenic roads.
LARGE FREE PARKING AREA ON PREMISES can accomodate several VEHICLES and even small TRAILERS with boats.

The house is built on two levels and the apartments measure 120 sqm (upper floor) and 60 sqm (ground floor) with very spacious rooms. The interior has been completely renovated in a discreet yet stylish way, and is very cosy and intimate.
The surrounding garden is huge and, if you have kids, they can safely play on the grounds.

Eine komplett ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Ferienwohnung, wahnsinnig herzliche Gastgeber, eine interessante Stadt Pula und wunderschöne Strände machen das Ferienhaus zu einem perfekten Urlaub auch für größere Familien. Wir haben uns alle sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely house, lovely people

From the very beginning we have felt that there was something special about that place and the people who rent it. Pam and Dinko rent Dinko's former parents' house - which is very close to the city centre as well as the beach - to guests who appreciate this particular feeling of "home". The house has everything you need: it is big enough so that every one can have his own space if needed, but at the same time it offers space indoors and outdoors to spend time together. Since the garden is rather huge, kids will love it here! I rented this house for friends of mine who were guests at my husband's and my wedding during their stay. Dinko was extremely thoughtful and made sure they had everything they needed and asked several times if everything was okay. Even though he was in the USA at the time, it seemed as if he was close and that if there really had been something wrong, he would have probably given it all to help us. All of us had a great time, my friends really enjoyed their stay and left the house happier than when they had come. And the owner had definitely something to do with that! So, there's nothing left to say, except that we can really whole-heartedly recommend this house for your next holiday!
