Our home has been newly renovated, new everything! All the conveniences of home, daily maid service optional (for a fee). Located in the romantic district in the heart of old town, a 5 minute walk to the best beaches, restaurants, night life and music.
Please note that December is our most lucrative month and will require a minimum one week reservation. This also applies to spring break and or the Easter holiday.

Great place! Clean and comfortable. My friends and I really enjoyed the home. Uber was usually quick and inexpensive. Neighbors were friendly. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Hidden gem in PV

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful hidden gem. You wouldn’t expect it from the outside besides the gorgeous wooden door, but this house if just perfect for a family of 4. We had just one of our daughters with us for this stay, but the second bedroom has 2 beds and would have accommodated another child or person. The house was clean, comfortable beds and nice bedding and the bath towels were so fluffy and brand new like an upscale hotel. Our host was absolutely fabulous and quick to get back to me on anything we needed. It was our first time visiting PV and we would absolutely stay here again! The only thing I could make a suggestion about or change would be the check in process. We had to stop by a hotel close by and pick up the keys to the property, which was really not an issue, but after a long day of traveling, it would have been nice if someone could have met us at the property with the keys. Now that we know the area, this would not be a stress at all. Thankfully, our taxi driver from the airport knew the area and had no issue at all, stopping for the keys. Dropping off the keys at the end of our stay was no stress because we knew where we were going and it’s very close to the house. Thank you for making our first trip to PV such a great experience! We really loved the house and we can’t wait to come back!

Nicely appointed apartment

We enjoyed staying at Alta Vista. Christine is a great host and was attentive to any questions that we had. The property is on the side of a hill so it was difficult for my mother-in-law to venture out without an Uber. For the rest of us, it is a quick 10-minute walk to the beach and shops.
