La propiedad hace uso de un patio masivo y continuo que envuelve toda la villa para permitir el acceso a las cuatro habitaciones de gran tamaño (cada una con una cama king, baño grande, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo), la cocina / comedor al aire libre de doble altura / sala de estar, múltiples caminos, jardines, piscina y sala de estar incorporada. ¡Esto crea lo último en vida tropical interior / exterior!

LA PISCINA Y PALAPAS La joya de los espacios al aire libre en Villa Ladera es la gran piscina climatizada y la sala de estar de forma única. Esta área está construida para pura indulgencia y relajación. Una notable pared curva de privacidad de dos pisos se envuelve alrededor de una cama exterior acolchada de gran tamaño con asientos adicionales en el sofá ... que ofrece lo último en relajación junto a la piscina. We're Coming Back!

This place was amazing! Super close to the beach and all the nightlife, so we never had to go far for fun. The villa itself was gorgeous—everyone kept saying how nice it was. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the chef cooked some of the best meals we’ve ever had. Definitely one of our favorite trips!

Great Property / Perfect Location

We had a group of 10 staying at Villa Ladera, and it proved to be a perfect home base for our time in Zona Romantica. There was plenty of space at the house, and we really enjoyed the open air design. Would highly recommend.

Beauitful Villa in Zona Romantica

Villa Ladera is a great location to stay...for those who want a walkable (albeit hills /steps) to shops /resturaunts and beaches. Sometime we would take a taxi-readily available right outside the gate. This open air living is wonderful and refreshing. The grandkids had an awesome time in the pool and watching movies on the big screen TV for chill time. We had Hector(chef) make us some delicious meals and Marco made the best margaritas! Hector made a chocolate birthday cake for our son-in-law that was out of this world fantastic! Isida refreshed our towels and bedding everyday. All the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. What a memorable stay for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Thank You Villa Ladera!

Beautiful villa

We enjoyed a nice long vacation in this beautiful villa. We loved the location in the Zona Romantica near Amapas and Conchas Chinas beaches. The property is comfortable, well-located, private, and the staff were lovely. The living spaces are open to the outdoors which makes for a charming ambiance, but be aware if you’re sensitive to heat or mosquitoes (though neither bothered me). The location is walkable for the physically able (Puerto Vallarta has hilly, cobble streets and steep steps) or a short taxi ride to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend to friends, and I would love to go back.

Gorgeous! Stop your search and book now!

My siblings and I decided to surprise my mother for her 70th birthday. This trip would be the first time all of us traveled outside the country together. It was even more important because my father recently passed and their 43rd marriage anniversary was the day after her birthday. Initially, upon arriving at Villa Ladera, I thought we were at the wrong place (the entrance looks like we were walking into a small apartment). However, like many places in PV, the beauty was on the other side of the gate. The villa was gorgeous, great sized rooms, great pool, well kept and cool artwork throughout. Scott, the owner and Isela the manager did a pretty good job of reaching out to us to situate things before the stay. We were all so busy before hand, trying to keep things secret while organizing ourselves, we missed their preliminary emails, but they took everything with stride an hustled us along ensuring we had an initial order for food in the house and a surprise brunch set for mom prior to arrival. When we had question regarding the food cost, Isela answered promptly. Hector (the chef) and Marco (property maintenance) ensured we had all the food we needed, and maintenance was addressed immediately. Hector cooked an epic brunch and breakfast daily. Most importantly, their presence did not interrupt our stay at all. Overall the home was gorgeous & service spectacular. Hands down one of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed in! Thank you Scott, mom loved it .

Wonderful Stay in Zona Romántica!

Was a really nice stay at Villa Ladera. Property manager responded promptly to all questions, the staff were very pleasant, efficient, detailed and skilled – we all loved every minute of it. Definitely a great place to relax with outstanding views, comfy rooms, living spaces and of course the pool. Super close to everything you want to be a part of, including the beach. Highly recommend paying for the staff to cook for you and shop for groceries. Doing that was worth every penny for our group and the Chef made wonderful food for each meal. The staff worked very well together to make it all happen seamlessly. Thank you to the staff for everything, thank you Scottie for the follow up and maintaining a good spot and thank you Blondies for the frequent cool downs! :)

100% will come back!

Villa Ladera and all that goes with it is absolutely perfect. The place was fantastic for our family. Plenty of awesome outdoor community areas to eat, play games and just relax…and, plenty of privacy when anyone wanted it. Hector is an amazing chef, you must request the ceviche! Salsas were terrific and Surf and Turf night was delicious! Marco makes the best margaritas in town and Isela keeps everything beautiful and clean. The pictures do NOT do the villa justice. The daybed is huge and wonderful to all relax on, the rooms are spacious and connected bathrooms gives everyone their privacy, the outdoor table was perfect to enjoy the incredible meals. It’s a quick walk into town and we felt completely safe the entire time. We will be back!!!

Excellent modern/traditional Villa

This is a fantastic property in a perfect location for the old town in PV. The property is immaculate and meets the needs of any big group. The rooms and bathrooms are wonderful and the beds are all comfortable. The shared spaces are vast and make for a great day/night just hanging out out the house. The staff is wonderful and make you feel extra comfortable with great drinks and food. Highly recommend and will be returning,

Wonderful Property

Our family spent five nights at Villa Ladera and enjoyed it immensely! Pictures don’t do it justice. Great property to be together as a group but have private space as well. Extremely clean and the staff was excellent. Meals prepared by the chef were fabulous, he even prepared a Chocolate Tres Leches birthday cake for our celebration. The private pool in the courtyard was the highlight for us; comfortable loungers and the bar area steps away were priceless! The open air villa was very comfortable even during the warm season with nice breezes and no bugs. Sleeping was very comfortable in the air conditioned suites. We found the location to be perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. For those unable to navigate a cobblestone incline, the Uber service was very affordable and reliable. Hope to return to Villa Ladera!

Beautiful Villa, Great Location and Amazing Staff

The Villa was beautiful-- great to have 5 nice bedrooms each with an ensuite. Super location--short walk to all the fun. But what really made it special was the staff. Javier and Cande kept everything running smooth and tidy, always friendly and smiling. And Javier makes a great margarita. Hector was really special. We're all big foodies and even have a trained chef in our group and we were blown away by his salsas, guacamole, paella, gazpacho and the best breakfasts. Hector was very friendly and fun to hang out with and even let us watch him make some of the salsa's we loved, revealing his secret ingredient (which I won't reveal here!). Truly the best guacamole and green salsa we've ever had. The staff just put an already great villa over the top. We're already figuring out a time to book for next year and hope to see them all again then.

Perfect experience

I booked the Villa for my 50th birthday. There were 8 total in my group. My friends commented over and over that the property was spectacular. The villa at sunset is pretty magical. The open air style allows for cool ocean breezes all day. The pool is fantastic. The privacy is great and the staff were exceptional. The owners are very prompt in answering questions and the house manager Isela was on top of everything. If anything, I over communicate and all of my questions were always responded to with speed and friendliness. The property is located a very short walk to the beach and just blocks from many restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Another Great Stay @ Ladera

Casa Ladera is perfect in every way, which is why I stayed there for a second time and for a whole week! Mark and his team delivered once again and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Paty and Ivan are great and I highly recommend the fajitas if they cater. A quick walk down the stairs to the beach, nearby the lovely Almar Resort/Manatamar Beach Club. Try La Palapa for brunch on the beach for a relaxing dinner experience. Overall, 10/10 for Casa Ladera.

Great place for a group!

We love Casa Ladera. This is the 3rd time I have rented the place and we have never been disappointed. We asked the owners to find a cook for us and Patty and Ebon were AMAZING! Great location, quiet but walkable to everything. Very easy checkin and great space for 4-8 people.

Casa Ladera - Puerto Vallarta

We booked to the house for 10 to us to celebrate two 40th birthdays and of course PV Pride. Our group could not have been happier with the house and location. So close to the beach and an easy walk to Old Town. Bedrooms were great and each had their own bathroom, with great water pressure! The best part of the house is the pool area! Patricia (housekeeper) and Ivan (maintenance/errands) were incredible and super sweet. Patricia made us a delicious breakfast one of the days. Communication with Mark was excellent. Very responsive and thorough. It was great being able to request in advance to have the house stocked with items prior to our arrival. We will definitely plan to stay at Casa Ladera again!

A wonderful stay

Aside from the vicious attack chihuahua Toby (who mysteriously stops barking and becomes very cuddly if you pet him), one couldn't ask for a more perfect home to engage in some serious relaxation. Outdoor lounges abound, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen enormous and the living room is a perfect siesta location. Ceiling fans move the air around quite efficiently in the common areas, and even when the humidity hit they still remained very comfortable. And your own private heated pool? Bueno. The bedroom ac's work great, and can really cool the rooms down despite the traditional open air windows throughout. For us, it was not a problem, but the open air windows do not afford a lot of privacy in terms of sound and/or noise, so you may want to consider that if your group is... boisterous. Other than that, there are literally no cons. One of my companions complained about the steep hill that gets you to the location and I suppose you could take a cab like she did, but I enjoy the winding streets and hills, as it's all part of the Romantic Zone's charm which this home exudes. If you want flat roads and American style accommodations, go to the resort area with the other boring people! Finally, be sure to treat yourself to Patricia's cooking at least once, it really is delicious!

Perfect setting

This was our seventh straight year at Casa Ladera, and it hasn't disappointed yet! The open air concept and close proximity to beach create a wonderful atmosphere at Ladera.

Best experience in Vallarta yet!

Casa Ladera was truly amazing. We were a group of 6; two couples, and two singles. The 4 bedrooms were all perfect. All had king beds, but we had the option to split them into two single beds if we wanted. All had their own en-suite bathrooms. All had their own air conditioning units. There was also a full bathroom in the common space. Daily maid service was timely and top-notch. The pool was great, and parts had sun almost all day. We spent the majority of the time outside, and there was good flow throughout the place. The photos do not do this place justice. We come to Puerto Vallarta as a group every year (6-10 people), and have always stayed at similar homes. We opted for daily meal service (two meals per day) at a cost. It was amazing and rivaled the food and service at any of the other places. The staff was very accommodating with times and meals. We also opted for pre-stocking, again at a price, which was reasonable and done exactly to our requests. Location cannot be beat. It is a short walk and back to Los Muertos Beach (Blue/Green Chairs) and the casa's entrance is essentially across the street from the Almar resort, where enjoyed a cocktail at their rooftop bar. It is also a short distance from grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM, and other standard amenities. The hosts were easy to reach and very communicative. They were great! This was our favorite place to stay in PV, and we will be back.

AMAZING!! Perfect getaway villa for family holiday!

Casa Ladera is a gorgeous property--we highly recommend it for families or groups. Four large, ensuite bathrooms w/AC, each opening onto the enormous terrace thoughtfully appointed with comfy lounges, cozy palapa-roofed tables, beautiful trees, flowering plants, and gorgeous heated pool, all overlooking Banderas Bay and the heart of Old Town PV.The interior is just as lovely; spacious and clean, with large kitchen, dining and living areas, all tastefully appointed with lovely furnishings and décor making CL both charming and elegant. Best of all, and something we've never experienced in our many years of renting in Mexico, was the personal greeting and attention given by Mark, the owner. From booking us one of the last private boat tours available, to helping arrange transportation and reservations, recommending restaurants and tours,to stocking our kitchen before our arrival and arranging for guacamole, chips and margaritas ready for us on arrival, even offering us all sweaters on the one chilly day we encountered. Villa caretakers, Patricia and Ivan provided impeccable daily cleaning service, and also cooked us several fantastic gourmet meals--not to be missed!:D Did I mention the location?! CL has the best location in Old Town/Romantic Zone PV for being steps away from the beaches, pier, shopping and restaurants--we never had to take a taxi anywhere, and it was wonderful to be within a short walk back to our oasis of a villa. Casa Ladera is a gem of a property, it's owners kind, attentive and thoughtful, and its location impossible to beat; we feel so fortunate to have discovered it! Huge thanks to Mark, Keith, Paty, Jesus and Ivan! We had the best time ever!!

The perfect blend of place, price, and people.

Had a fantastic experience at Casa Ladera celebrating a birthday with 10 friends. The house is well-taken care of, clean, comfortable, in a great location, and boasts some really nice people, from the owners to the staff. Days were on spent the beach, but we used the pool every evening. Make sure and have the staff cook you a meal early on (you'll want to repeat the experience more than once).
