Rent Three Homes - Espectaculares vistas del océano y la playa desde la casa principal

Villa de Vistas es un lujoso paraíso ecológico a solo cinco minutos de la playa y a veinticinco minutos a pie del centro de San Pancho. La Villa tiene tres casas separadas y completas que se pueden alquilar juntas o individualmente. Tenemos LA CASA QUE CANTA (VRBO 63732) con capacidad para 6 personas, y CASITA CELESTIAL (VRBO244977) y EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA (VRBO 97749) cada una con capacidad para 4. Si desea alquilar una o dos de nuestras casas, vaya a los sitios individuales de vrbo. Quédese en este sitio para alquilar los tres.

Villa de Vistas se encuentra en una propiedad con vista al Océano Pacífico. Las tres casas están diseñadas artísticamente y bellamente decoradas con telas mexicanas vibrantes, azulejos y artesanías de calidad de museo. El agua se filtra y es segura para beber.

EL CARACTER DISTINTIVO DE CADA UNA DE LAS TRES CASAS:

CASA UNO: 3 BR (rey) 4 BA - Capacidad 6
En la cima de la colina, al nivel de la calle, se encuentra el piso principal de la Casa Grande, con amplias salas de estar y comedor, cocina (lavandería y despensa), sala familiar y baño de visitas. Todas estas habitaciones están interconectadas en un gran espacio abierto. Tienen fabulosas vistas de la selva, la playa y el océano. La cocina y la sala familiar tienen aire acondicionado.

Subiendo la escalera de caracol, se llega a la terraza superior y a la suite principal con su lujoso baño de mármol y terraza privada.

BAJANDO la escalera de caracol desde el piso principal se llega al piso de la habitación con dos grandes suites de un dormitorio. Uno tiene una fabulosa vista a la jungla y al jardín y cuenta con una sala de estar y duchas dobles; el otro tiene una gran terraza con vista al mar.

CASA DOS: 1 BR (king) 1BR (litera), 1 BA - Capacidad 4
 
Si baja un tramo más de escaleras, llega a la cubierta de la piscina. También es desde este nivel que ingresas a EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA (El Nido de la Tortuga), una casa completamente contenida con unos 900 pies cuadrados enclavada debajo de la "casa madre". El NIDO tiene su propia cocina, una sala de estar y está a cuatro pasos de la gran piscina.

CASA TRES: 2 HAB (rey) 2 BA - Capacidad 4

Otro vuelo lo lleva a la tercera casa, CASITA CELESTIAL, ubicada en la jungla. Cuenta con una sala de estar al aire libre, una hamaca y una piscina privada climatizada debajo de una palapa.

Villa de Vistas

We booked the whole Villa de Vistas and stayed there for a few nights with 14 friends. The whole Villa is awesome. Great view and very nice property manager/porperty owner.

Wonderful

Just left today and dreaming of our return! The house was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything worked great for our group of 7 couples and 5 babies. The pool was super warm and couldn't be beat, and the house wasn't too tough to baby proof with a little imagination and a lot of supervision. The beach is just a short walk down a beautifully manicured path. Marie the concierge helped us set up private chefs and takeaway to keep things simple, as well as airport transport that was safe and reliable.

Perfect Spot

We stayed at this property 5 years ago and had such a fantastic experience, we were thrilled when it was available again this year. The three homes on the property are very well maintained, and tastefully decorated/designed with a great deal of thought and consideration of the location and Mexican cultural tradition. The views from the Casa de Canta are spectacular and we loved being able to walk to the beach or town without having to get into a car. The owners were responsive and wonderful to work with, in addition to the staff who do an amazing job.

A Wonderful Wedding Venue

Our family gathered from all around the world for our wedding. 5 children, 4 partners, 3 grandchildren. It was a fabulous occasion in this beautiful, welcoming home. Many happy hours in the pool, a few trips down the path to the wild surf, and occasionally all the way to town for yoga, coffee, shopping, some meals. A perfect week, enjoyed by all. Our chef commented how nice it was to cook in a kitchen that is actually part of a home, not just set up to be a rental. Thank you Melissa and Bill.

San Pancho Melissa Roberts

We stayed at the Robert’s San Pancho home with friends and two younger children. The home was spacious, well kept and had stunning ocean and sunset views. Marie-Eve, the concierge was delightful to work with and quite helpful. We arranged a chef for several nights and took advantage of the team the Robert’s have put together in San Pancho. Cleaning folks came every other day and were thorough and quite pleasant. I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the San Pancho area.

Amazing house in a great beach town

We stayed at Villa de Vistas for our family reunion in June of 2024. There were 13 of us and every single person was so impressed with the house. We liked the separate casitas, which gave us a little space, as well as the common areas, where we all gathered on the couches or table. The large kitchen and TV area was great, and you could shut the door and utilize the air conditioning in that wing of the house. I haven't even mentioned San Pancho yet - a 5 minute walk to the beach! I could go on and on - it's an amazing house. Highly recommended!

Amazing!

The house is even better than the pictures. The most jaw-dropping, unique house I think any of us will ever stay in (we told the children they've peaked :)) We were worried about the weather - it was rainy season and the forecast was for all rain and thunderstorms but the weather was gorgeous. There were some little hiccups with our stay which were not really problems at all - and Iris always resolved them very quickly.

Remote San Pancho and Beautiful Villa de Vistas.

The property was an excellent choice for our family of 14, ranging from 7 years to 75 years old. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool on property perfect size and sparkling clean. The Chef we hired was amazing and knew his way around the villa kitchen making everyone comfortable. The Wifii worked well as did the one tv in great room for night time sports. I would recommend it to families as everyone had room to spread out and have their own space. The art work in the house was so unique and beautiful. Villa de Vistas was described well by the owners and we would return in the future if possible.

Spring Break 2019

Our families had a wonderful time in San Pancho and enjoyed the house immensely. The staff was attentive and helpful at every turn. We did have one issue when the refrigerator stopped cooling and we lost all the fresh fish we caught and other various grocery items but they were able to move another fridge to the main floor the next day. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Amazing Experience in a Stunning Setting

Every year for the past 8 years my Husband and I have been treating our staff to a trip to Mexico. Because there are 12 of us in total it is always very difficult to get a property large enough for all of us to enjoy together. I have had to rent two houses to accommodate us all in the past. Last year I discovered Villa de Vistas and decided to give it a try (we normally go to the Yucatan). Let me begin by saying that Bill and Melissa have built a home that is so incredible, it really is something that dreams are made of. Every room is tastefully decorated and the whole house is filled with spectacular works of art. The garden is absolutely beautiful, you'll want to take a walk through your own private jungle oasis. There was enough room for all of us to be together and enjoy each others company without compromising comfort and privacy, the house was a perfect fit for us. The beach is a very short walk away down a beautiful garden path and from the beach the small town of San Pancho is a 10 minute stroll. Everyone had such an amazing time swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, whale watching and really the list goes on and on. When I recently polled our staff to ask where they'd like to go this January it was Unanimous, Villa de Vistas!! So we're heading back again and we're all counting the days until we can return. I can not recommend this house enough, perfection! Oh, how could I forget, you will never see a more breathtaking sunset anywhere, we would all congregate on the veranda every evening to talk about our day and take in the beautiful sunset. Thank you Bill and Melissa for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Vacaciones fantásticas en Familia

Una casa muy bonita y mejor que en las fotos, con mucho espacio y bien cuidada. San Pancho especial

Excelente la casa de vistas, están hermosas las 3 casas son especiales, Daniel super atento es el chico que limpia la alberca y jacuzzi y áreas verdes, están súper equipadas. Solo tengo dos detalles que espero los Corrigan en la casa celestial una de las habitaciones no tiene sus cortinas en las ventanas chicas y se requieren por privacidad y algo que a mí familia en lo personal no nos gustó fue las máscaras que están colocadas en la zona de la cocina y sala de estar ...considero que no deben de estar por el nombre de la casa y además porque vas a relajarte y haber cosas lindas. Pero todo lo demás super los felicito a las s dueños, super inversión,supera casa ...Dios los bendiga.

Lots of positives, a few negatives

An extended family of 8 adults and 4 preteens/teens, we spent 12 days at Villa de Vistas in July. While we experienced some issues that were more than "glitches", overall we enjoyed our time in this exceptional property. There were plenty of common areas where everyone could get together, yet each family had their own private space. The artwork and attention to detail are very impressive, everything was well-stocked and clean and the Internet service was terrific. It was quite hot and humid and there were a lot of mosquitos (day and night), but we walked to San Pancho almost every day, sometimes electing to take a cab back to the house. You could always rent a car or a golf cart. It is a very short walk to the clean, uncrowded beach. Unfortunately, during our stay we experiened some things that were a bit more than "glitches". Most of the problems stemmed from the fact that we were there in the summer when daily thunderstorms are the norm and loss of power is common. According to the locals the outages generally last just a few hours, but we had several that lasted quite a long time - almost a full 24 hours in one case and almost that long in another. When the power goes out there is, of course, no refrigeration, AC or fans, but there is also no running water as the pump from the cistern cannot operate. There is, however, plenty of bottled drinking water. Daniel, the gardener and overall problem solver, and Neomy and Josefina, the housekeepers, were very helpful in trying to minimize the impact of our not having electricity or running water, but some help from the house manager would have been appreciated. We had to contact her to ask if there were flashlights (the phone batteries didn't last long) and to get ice for the refrigerators and buckets to carry water from the pool to flush the toilelts. I understand that Bill and Melissa are looking into the possibility of getting a generator and that would be quite nice to have in situations such as we experienced. I want to stress that Bill and Melissa are wonderful owners and did all they could to help, keeping in close contact with us from their home in the States and offerring ways we could get showers and charge our devices. They also kindly offerred us a generous refund. While it was not the vacation we had envisioned, overall we had a good time staying in a special home with spectacular views that is close to both the town and the beach. I would love to return one day, just not in the summer.

Spectacular House and Views

What a week! It wasn't without incident, but was still an incredible and special time with our family. Having a cook made it a real vacation for all of us and the food was fantastic!!

Beyond beautiful

We had an absolutely amazing time at Melissa and Bill’s stunning house. We can’t say enough about how beautiful this house is - so spacious and comfortable, breathtaking views, lovely pool, and incredible art in every corner of the house. We chose to have meals prepared for us and it added so much to our stay. The food was delicious and we felt so cared for throughout our stay. We hope to find a way to come back to this magical place!

Family Experience

We had a wonderful time at Villa de Vistas. The stay was phenomenal. Everything went perfect and the attender iris was great help! We will definitely be back.

Our stay in San Pancho

Our stay at Villa de Vistas in San Pancho was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for a large family gathering. The spaciousness, quality of the villa and the magnificent art work throughout were 5 star. The grandchildren spent endless hours in the pool. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets at nigh from the upper deck, as well as the proximity to the beach (although the waves and undertow were too strong for the smaller children). We also enjoyed the unspoiled town of San Pancho - great restaurants and small crowds. We gained greater appreciation after venturing down to an overcrowded and crazy Sayulita. The only suggestion we have is to put bars on the windows in the upstairs living area (adjacent to the kitchen). While there is a warning to keep the windows closed if there are small children, the height of those window made us nervous,

Unbelievable

This place is even more amazing in person! It is huge and very thoughtfully designed with so many private spaces, lovely touches, and opportunities for luxury, relaxing, and gathering. It's far enough from the town that you really feel removed but you can get there very easily. Bill and Melissa, as well as their incredible property manager Iris, are so responsive and helpful and really helped make our stay amazing. Iris and her family cooked incredible meals for us, and she helped us set things up like table and chairs for a party, massages and other things. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Amazing!

Villa De Vistas was hands-down the best rental I have ever experienced. Words and photos do not do the space justice; the true beauty and magic of the homes must been seen and felt to be fully appreciated. The many tasteful and artistic touches throughout the homes are very impressive, as are the spectacular views. Make sure to read the coffee table book about the story of the home. Bill was a wonderful host and communicator from the very beginning. We were an all-female friend group of 11 and rented all three houses. They offered plenty of room for us to be together to laugh and socialize, but any of the multiple decks also offered opportunities for reflection and solitude when needed. Walking down through the garden path to the road that leads to the beach is a real treat. I suggest stopping at La Baba del Diablo, a small Mezcal tasting room with cold bottled mirco-beers on your way. During our stay we arranged for two dinner meals to be prepared for us in the house which I highly recommend. We also had a masseuse and facialist come to the house for some pampering (arranged via Iris, the chef). I look forward to bringing my family back to visit sometime in the future. Best place for multiple families EVER

We have been here many times and can't say enough about how much we enjoy our time. The village is incredible, but you really don't need it. The villa is so spread out and comfortable and FUN that there's no need to go too far. We always enjoy the walk to the beach, the pool, and afternoon relaxation times. I suggest grabbing a few other families and heading down there. You will NOT regret it!

WOW! Incredible , views, pool and location!!!

We were looking for a place in San Pancho close to town, close to the beach, in the jungle with a pool, AC, comfy beds and incredible views and all the comforts of home.... Well guess what....we found it!!!!! This place is really incredible. Bill and Melissa were wonderful hosts, and Iris their property manager was there any time we needed her, and really helpful. The home was everything we could want in a luxury place to stay with our two kids. They played in the pool the entire time, then we would drive into town for beach and dinner. It is a good walk into town, so we ended up renting a truck which we needed for exploring anyway. Its worked out well. It really is a dream house. We loved reading about how the house was constructed, and truly was an inspiration for us especially because we are thinking of buying some jungle and creating our own little oasis some day. Great place for family vacation

Our family of 8 adults and 6 children{17 months to 16 years} couldn't have had a better time. No one could believe the beautiful villa and every day we found something new to admire. The pool was a real hit for all ,and the space gave everyone freedom to do their own thing. The staff very good and helpful in any way they could be!!! Thanks Bill and Mallisa and staff for making our family vacation a huge success!!! Ted Hesch
