This spacious retreat features two luxurious bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a private terrace with an infinity pool. Steps from world-class restaurants, vibrant bars, and gay hotspots, everything is walkable. Enjoy modern amenities and breathtaking ocean views.

Getting Around:
Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.

If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.

If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.
CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).
PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.
VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

It’s a unit that is not yet sold. It has very limited furnishings. I have stayed at this building on many occasions and have always enjoyed my stay, this was so far below par.. then I was charged without my authorization another 300 because they claimed the shower had dirt or human waste in it! Thats not possible. So the building is amazing just don’t go through this VRBO or this rental group, look on-line to find another host

Beautiful view and great location close to restaurants and bars. Wonderful rooftop pool as expected. Unit was spacious and clean and came with daily housekeeping if elected. Kitchen was well stocked with every kitchen gadget you might need like a coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, pans, even a blender, tupperware, etc. Some external noise at night but we were prepared for it and didn’t bother us much. 2nd bedroom facing the back has curtains closed at all times as it opens to an open air hallway which is not really private but not a problem for us. Overall very happy with our stay!

Romantic Love Nest

Our stay was lovely. We received a personalized tour of all the incredible amenities. We care deeply about details and everything was very thoughtfully designed and prepared in our penthouse. The exercise room was stellar. Everything is brand new! We used the gym every single day. The location is excellent...you can walk right into all the lovely cobblestone streets of Puerto Vallarta. The closets were generous, the linens were lovely. So nice to have a huge shower space. Looking at the ocean from the balcony was dreamy. And the rooftop infinity pool was heavenly. The pool is heated which means we basically never wanted to leave. Incredible view. Incredible design. Very sophisticated and upscale. We loved it and we're already plotting a return! The food was lovely at the rooftop bar. We hiked up to the cross for a lookout over the city. We walked down from our condo to the ocean and had lovely walkabouts. We even needed to use the clinic nearby and received a discount as guests of the condo. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem.
