Nice Condo and Good Manager

The Nayri condo is in an excellent location and just 2 blocks from the beach. The condo amenities are as described. The condo is on the fourth floor and does not have much of a view because it looks across to another building. Other condos in this complex have better views. The pool area on the 7th floor is very nice with great views. The condo manager, Jorge Hernandez is very responsive which I appreciate because my wife and I travel a lot. We would stay at the property again but will try for a condo with a better view.

Our stay at Nayri Life was very enjoyable

The unit we rented was nicely furnished, very comfortable, and relatively quiet despite being in a very busy neighborhood. It is in the part of Puerto Vallarta that we like to stay, in proximity to lots of restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the beach. The insuite laundry came in handy for our 2 week stay. The "icing on the cake" was the beautiful roof-top, with pools, fitness centre and sauna. The security staff at the front door were all very pleasant and friendly. We hope to stay here again.

Quiet location, close to everything

This was our first international trip since Covid, so we stuck close to Zona Romantica as we are familiar with the area. We chose Nayri for the rooftop pool area, as it has plenty of shade. The unit was clean and also included a washer/dryer, which was not mentioned in the amenities section, so that was a plus. The west-facing view has a peek-a-boo view of the bay, so head to the rooftop for sunsets. It does get really hot with the afternoon sun, but there are three A/C units that quickly cool the unit. Check-in was quick, even though we arrived early. Jorge was great, and even got us a new coffeemaker when ours wasn't working. While the kitchen was fully equipped, since this is a rental the supplies are minimal. Salt, pepper, 4 plates/bowls/mugs/utensils, one towel, one sponge and some pots/pans/cutting board. We never used the dishwasher because we felt that we had to wash everything so that it was ready for the next use. We're spoiled because other rentals that are privately owned have much more in the way of a stocked kitchen (coffee, filters, sugar, spices, pot holders, extra kitchen towels, etc.). The unit door requires a key to lock it from the inside, so be sure to get two keys for convenience. The Nayri staff are constantly cleaning the common areas. And the doormen/security are all friendly and welcoming, especially Miguel. Overall, a great location, easy arrival/departure, and surprisingly quiet even though it's so close to the action.
