The Space:
Start looking forward to your stay at this 3 bedroom, classic, oceanfront fully equipped condo in the heart of Zona Romantica, a short walk to the Malecón & the city’s best restaurants. Perfect for evenings watching the wales as the waves roll in. Also positioned for those who want to enjoy PV’s famous nightlife.

Enjoy an expansive beachfront balcony with unobstructed ocean views plus direct access to a pool and beach provate to the building. Step out the door take a stroll in either direction to find the best beach clubs & restaurants. Stay home and cook in the fully equipped kitchen if you prefer.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, you will checkin with the concierge at the front desk. You will need to sign thr Rules and Regulations of the building and present your ID. Then, the concierge will provide you with 2 sets of keys to the condo.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is a comfortable space in one of PV’s best buildings. Perfect for people of every age and interest. Two walls of sliding glass doors frame the horizon at the end of the sea. The ocean breeze flows in from Playa de Los Muertas. Enjoy restaurants on the first floor of the building as well as stores and ATMs.

Bahia de Banderas was the star of the trip

Walking into Casa Pareso was magical with the stunning view of the water. The Darado Condominium complex is well maintained and all of the staff are welcoming and helpful. The unit has plenty of beach towels and two beach chairs for the umbrella area on the beach. The pool was perfect for after swimming in the sea. The complex is kitty corner to a lovely park with an incredible market on Saturday mornings with fresh foods and artisans. It is an easy walk to the plethora of places to eat, drink and shop. There is a surf break in front of the complex that needs to be respected as there were a number of days we walked south on the beach for safer swimming. The air conditioning in each room worked well. The master bedroom unit was a bit loud but it helped cover the constant music until 11 pm from Daiquiri Dick's. The ceiling fans created a wonderful breeze so the air was only on to block the music noise of a few hours each night. Our adult children and their partners absolutely loved this vacation for the location and ambiance of the comfortable condominium.
