The Buganvilla apartment is part of a beautiful complex of four rural apartments with a shared pool, located 8 km from Chiclana de la Frontera. You can rent the entire complex or the apartments individually.

There is private parking on the premises and a large shared garden for all the apartments, featuring a spacious beach-style pool.

The apartments have Wi-Fi and a shared laundry room for all guests. The property is very comfortable and cozy.



This ground-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people and features two bedrooms: one with two single beds pushed together, and the other with two 0.90-meter single beds and two bunk beds, a ceiling fan, and a built-in closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a full bathroom with a shower stall in each bedroom. The living-dining room features a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a dining area. The kitchen is loft-style and very well-equipped with: a microwave with grill, a Dolce Gusto and Italian coffee maker, a refrigerator, and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a ceiling fan for the hottest summer nights. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in this accommodation.

Outside, there are fantastic communal gardens and a lake-style pool with jacuzzi jets, also shared. .

The holiday complex is located in a rural area between Chiclana and Puerto Real, in the Marquesado area, and only 20 minutes away from the beach by car. The highway is 4 minutes away, which makes it easy to get to any of the beautiful beaches in the area of Cadiz. At 3 km there is a golf course.

It is in the corridor two Bay, in the gully Royal road from Cadiz to Medina, ideal area where mountain biking, hiking, dressage (El Cortijo de Guerra) ... etc... Just 1 km away there is a small supermarket, bar and restaurant. The area is very quiet, perfect to connect with nature, enjoy the good weather in the pool, hiking etc.. It is an ideal place to rest, relax and disconnect.

It is the perfect base for exploring Andalusia, as it has good access to the road network in the south. FROM 4 MARCH 2025 TO 13 APRIL 2025 THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS.

La piscina preciosa, el apartamento impoluto de limpio, de diez, camas y almohadas super cómodas. Hay aparcamiento, aunque en booking pone que no. Están construyendo una zona para niños con columpios, el día que me fuíhabian puesto césped artificial delante de una casita de madera preciosa que van a poner con juegos. La cocina tiene de todo, y un frigorífico lindo. No tiene campana la placa para cocinar, pero no supone ningún problema. No hay aire acondicionado pero los ventiladores hacen perfectamente su función. La habitación de cama de matrimonio en realidad son dos camas individuales. Jardines y todo muy cuidado. Volveremos. Quizás la ubicación, aunque está a veinte minutos de la preciosa playa de camposoto y La Barrosa. Tiene la ventaja que es super tranquilo al estar en medio del campo.
