Welcome to this centrally located flat in Puerto de Santa Maria which can accommodate up to 8 guests. This beautiful flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and offers a simple and cosy style. It is distributed over two floors and on the ground floor you will find the living-dining room which is spacious and bright as there is direct access to the jewel of this accommodation, its terrace. It is equipped with a table and chairs, the perfect place to have breakfast in the open air or simply relax with a glass of wine. All this while enjoying the tranquillity and the views of the Guadalete River and its surroundings. The lounge is equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning. On the other side of the corridor you will find the kitchen which is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. On the same floor there is a toilet. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On floor -1 are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, the second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, the third bedroom has two single beds and the last one has a trundle bed with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor.
