Excellent Stay!!

We went as a family, husband/wife and two kids under two and had an absolute blast. The condo was gorgeous and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The condo had everything needed as we made breakfast most days and everything so well kept up! It was nice having a washer/dryer in the condo as we were able to do a load of laundry. 10/10 would recommend !

We are frequent visitors to the area and this room was not as expected. The room was extremely outdated, with pictures leading on. Shower curtain was grimy with rust, water under the tub. Fire alarm kept beeping.

Perfect Size and Getaway for 4

We liked this property overall and the unit itself. I had stayed many times in Rocky Point but never in this particular area. The swim up bar, pool and beach was amazing. The unit itself was comfortable, the couches were comfy, and the outdoor chaise lounges were great on the patio, the bed was comfy although the pillows could be replaced or upgraded. Could have used a few more things in the kitchen, like dish towels, an actual drying rack, and extra plates. The bathroom and shower was fine and seemed to have been updated. Overall we were pleased with the space for what we paid.

The building is ok, the building and room shows age and wear and tear. Rust, needs paint, dead lights, front entry door at lobby shows wear, the Wi-Fi password was wore off so couldn’t read it

Overall pleased with the stay. The furniture is outdated and worn looking. The bed wasn’t great but we were fine. I’m glad I took my own pillow. View was perfect. Nice a/c. Shower water pressure was medium. I prefer lots of pressure. Most everything we needed in the kitchen was there.
