"Had a bad experience. We choose to stay here for a concert at the BOK Center. The shower was broken (we had to have someone hold the temp gauge while showering so it wouldn't make the water hotter) and all night we heard staff walking in and out the maintance room right next to us. They couldn't refund due to me paying my stay thru Expedia and the only thing they can do was give me stars. My account doesn't reflect any stars from them and it's been a week since. They told me it was a fully booked night and usually don't book anyone in that room because of the maintance room next door. I booked a whole week in advance. This is also not my first time at this hotel but will unfortunatly be my last."

"The 7th floor had a very unique smell. Mildew and mold all the way down the hall. The bathrooms were tiny, and did not have exhaust fans in it. The towels were frayed and ratty looking. The hot tub looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in about 6 months, and smelled like mildew and unclean bodies. And Double tree was known for their cookies upon check in. No COOKIE AT CHECK IN! The bed was comfortable tho."

"Pros: The lobby areas are updated and they look quite nice. Convenient location. Cons: Unfortunately, our rooms were not as nice. Our bathroom was not clean, and we had to move. The second bathroom had blood on the shower curtain. The gym had plenty of machines however, the floor was completely ruined and buckling (tripping hazard), and also missing in many places around the edges. There was a large daily charge for parking that was not listed when we made the reservation. This was disappointing because we chose this particular hotel because it had parking included."
