The sheets was dirty and covered with a lot of hair and dirts when I checked in and checked the sheets asked the receptionist to change to a different room and the other room have the same issue, dirty sheets and was not changed . I left the hotel and asked to be checked out before I leave and the receptionist said she can’t do that until the next morning so I left the key at the receptionist and left the hotel immediately. The receptionist admitted that it’s an issue at this hotel that housekeeper don’t change sheets between guests.

Terrible, the room was stinky and felt like a prison. I could hear through the walls which was terrible because the person next to me was snoring so loud that I couldn't sleep. Felt like I totally wasted my money and should have stayed somewhere else.

The handicap shower had two showerheads, and one of the wands was broke, and with the toilet paper was in the holder the holder was broke too as well from the wall. But other than that, it was nice.

The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned yet so we had to go back down to get a new room. Our second room was clean but showed some signs of wear. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient but I would have liked to see some more healthy toppings for the oatmeal and yogurt. Check out was easy. The hallway on our floor was so cold! The thermostat showed as low as 56 at one point.

Room was clean however aeveral soaps and TP not stocked. Exceptional staff. Friendly and helpful! The pool with grandkids was a blast. Having breakfast in the am helped the budget alot. Having plenty of free parking-amazing!

Gave us a dirty room with piled up sheets and comforters on the beds. Second room we got had not been cleaned properly either. The rooms are very small with no closet. Cold coffee first day, no coffee on second day. Breakfast was okay for what they offered. They advertise a hot breakfast but the pancake machine was not working and they were out of breakfast meat that never got replenished. The front desk person made a weird random comment that they don’t have cameras in the rooms. I’d hope not! Definitely will never stay there again!
