This was our first time staying here, but it won’t be our last. Saliou, at the front desk, was so friendly and professional, and we appreciate his warm welcome. The room was immaculate, and the location of this hotel is excellent!

It was a great hotel- staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. The only reasons I gave it a 4/5 is that the room was rather sparse and dark and the elevator was over 100 years old and showed it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The Neptune is right downtown in Providence, so would be useful for business travel etc. Saturday night is very noisy below on the street with Irish bars nearby (maybe not so loud in the back.) The decor is wonderfully quirky and lobby full of art books. Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

Had a great stay! Very friendly/polite staff. The room is not your typical hotel room. It felt cozy & clean. I would definitely recommend the hotel. My only complaint was that the restaurant/ bar closed at 10:00 on a Saturday. It would have been nice when we got back from the Uptown Theater to have a drink inside the hotel.
