Situated peacefully on the heights of Sarlat, just 3 kilometres from the town centre, this large family holiday home offers an ideal setting for a rejuvenating stay in Dordogne. You will appreciate its large garden with its heated private swimming pool at 25° and secured by a shutter, as well as its large terrace furnished with furniture and a plancha for your pleasant summer evenings.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 7 travellers.



*The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09 and heated to 26 degrees from 01/06 to 19/09.



Upon arrival, you will discover a bright living space with its lounge area, comprising a sofa, armchairs and a television, perfect for spending enjoyable moments together. You can have your meals around the table indoors, or enjoy the garden table located on the terrace. The kitchen, open to the living space and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob), provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a Senseo coffee maker are also at your disposal.



On the sleeping side, the house has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (on the ground floor): has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): has a double bed (140/190)

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): has three single beds (90/190), including 1 trundle bed



A bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer as well as 2 independent toilets complete the accommodation. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park your vehicle in the private car park of the accommodation.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, depending on the desired level of comfort. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement. Cleaning during your stay is not included in our services.
