This was our first trip to Kauai and this property was perfect! It was my wife and I, and my brother and his partner. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals which we did almost every day. The views from the balcony and windows were incredible and it was hard not to just want to stare 24/7. The breezes through the house kept it cool and comfortable, though at times it would get a bit humid inside from all of the rain during our stay in May. The outside temps were between 70-78F during our stay.The location was perfect. It was a short trip down to Hanalei for beaches and shopping, but less than an hour from the Lihue airport. We did visit the southside of the island one day, and while it was nice, the Northside of the island is much more peaceful and laid back. I would return no questions asked!

Everything was great. Couple of comments:1) Listing claimed the unit was air conditioned, it was not. Although the temperature was cool, it would have been nice to sleep without the noise of the waives & roosters. 2) I wired my entire TV sound system with remotes, could not figure out the TV in the unit. Had to watch TV ohh my laptop. Other than that, we had a wonderful time
