Sunsets!!! Worth it.

Our hosts were so thoughtful and generous. There was a hand-written card and a bag of locally roasted coffee. Their activity suggestions were great and they even had bandaids on hand ( it’s the little details sometimes). We highly recommend this property!

Absolutely fantastic! 5 stars on everything

The view did not disappoint! I think others have said this, but you almost don't want to leave the condo because the view is everything and more -- the whales, the geese and other birds, even a couple geckos in front of the lanai. The condo is clean, nice refrigerator/oven/microwave, for a vacation all the cookware you likely need (and we rarely ate out). The overall property that the condo is part of is well maintained, the outdoor pool was very nice as well. And Anne and George (the owners) were wonderful to interact with. (E.g. Anne would notify me if there were going to be road closures or delays due to area road construction.) We definitely want to come back!

Perfect Stay

I’d highly recommend this property. The location is fantastic, unit is perfectly stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time in Kauai. Most notable is the attention we received from our host, Anne. She is amazing with her communications and the 3+ pages of recommendations on things to do, places to eat, etc… That was a very special plus for us as this was our first time to Kauai. I give 5 stars all day long!

It has my heart

What a perfect Condo and location! There was one marvelous moment after another from check in to check out. An absolute oasis!! The time on the balcony is so relaxing you have to remind yourself there is more to see. I can’t say enough good about this property and I can’t wait to return. Do yourself a favor and stay here! I miss it so much!

Great location and well appointed unit

Location is great - amazing views with the sun setting over the ocean every night from an updated clean condo. They have thought of everything - beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards), well stocked kitchen, a rain umbrella we luckily did not need, bath robes, and even charging stations for electronics. Communication and recommendations from the owner were great and timely. They clearly take pride in what they do. We are already planning our return.

Spectacular Views

Perfect setting, beach access is a fairly easy walk and feels almost private . Accommodation had everything we needed, comfortable and the view is spectacular. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning and evening sunsets. Great communication from hosts. Would love to return.

Paradise in Princeville

There really is no other way to describe this than simply “paradise “. Although at times the pictures of rental properties can be a bit misleading, I assure you this is not. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning! The condo is clean, modern and supplied with everything you could want from phone chargers to white robes for the guests. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and the washer/dryer in the bathroom was much appreciated. The kitchen is also extremely well stocked with everything you could want. There is a walking path along the nearby golf course for those long morning walks. The private beach is down a rather long steep trail and we found it much less appealing than other nearby beaches. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella also provided for your use. Anne responded promptly to any questions we had. I just cannot think of any negatives about this Paradise in Princeville. You will not go wrong with this rental.

October Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, the unit was modern with premium appliances and a bonus for us was the washer and dryer in unit. The location and view were exceptional, sunsets over the ocean in another season but still great. We liked being able to walk to the 1 Hanalai Bay Resort and beach below, great swimming there. The only minor issue we had was getting the AC right, but would definitely recommend this unit.

Location Location Location!!

This property is fabulous and the view truly spectacular. Our hosts, Anne and George, not only shared their little slice of heaven, but also shared their comprehensive tips on all you need to know while on Kauai; restaurants, beaches, activities, farmer’s markets amongst other things. We could have sat on the lanai soaking in the view and listening to the waves all day! Their property is walking distance to the beach below the newly renovated 1Hotel. Great beach to take your beach chairs and bogey boards to- additionally Hideaways beach is literally below their property. We can not say enough about this property!!

Perfect Place to Start Honeymoon

This condo is amazing. It is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bedroom is air conditioned and there are plenty of fans for the rest of the space. It really only gets hot for a few hours in the afternoon since it faces west and gets direct sunlight. That said, there are shades on every window. The kitchen is equipped with solid pots and pans and other cooking utensils. We also appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer. You really can’t beat the location or the view of this stay. We barely drove since there are great beaches and snorkeling within walking distance. Hideaways beach is a short walk away. It is really a gem. Sunsets from the lanai were otherworldly. We did feel like there was quite a bit of required cleanup to do prior to check-out. By the time we left there wasn’t much for the cleaners to do other than linens, sweep/mop, and polish some details. Also don’t love a 10 a.m. checkout. As we were leaving a maintenance man showed up just a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. Overall, totally a great place to stay and would love to come back and stay again!

Great lication

We loved the lication and found the property accurate per the pictures in its listing. We didn’t see the note about the limited hot water until we got a cold shower in, but learned to shower super fast after that so each could have some warm water. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Selling point is the view! We walked out the lanai door each morning and around the property. Washer needed a good cleaning but it is nice having a washer/dryer.

Better than advertised

Quite possibly the best view of any place on the island! When we vacation, we rarely just stay at our rental location, but we found ourselves sitting on the lanai absorbing the view. The nearby beach access was fantastic as well and was a nightly sunset ritual. The unit was perfect for the two of us and had every amenity we needed - even including small coolers for beach use. We read that neighbors could be easily heard in this development, but we didn't really experience an issue with that. You could definitely hear neighbors on their lanais but that's not unexpected. We visited in March 2023 and the temperatures were just about perfect; this unit has AC in the bedroom, but we didn't need it. If the Trade Winds are blowing, the building orientation and location seems well suited to capture those winds. Anne was fantastic to work with and communication was perfect. When we come back to Kauai, our first choice will be to reconnect with Anne on availability for this unit - we would stay here again and again.
