Great location in Princeville at Ali'i Kai — clean, functional, and a good value for the price.A couple of small things worth flagging for the owners: the living room AC wasn't blowing cold air. Didn't bother us since we had mild weather and good trade winds, but on a hot, still day it'd be uncomfortable; worth confirming it's been fixed if AC matters to you.Beach gear was also on the basic side for Kauai (we've stayed in Princeville many times over 15 years): a couple of camping chairs, rattan mats, a pool noodle, a cooler, and two kids' boogie boards — you'll want to rent bigger ones if needed. The beach umbrella was broken, which we only found out once we got to the beach.Neither issue was a big deal, so we didn't mention them to the owners during our stay.Overall: comfortable beds, killer views, and great value. We'd happily stay here again!
