Beautiful Spacious Ocean and Mountain View Condo Kauai, Hawaii

Enjoy recently upgraded ocean/mountain views from the living room or lanai in this quiet condo located conveniently between the Westin and the Makai golf course. Walk to Anini beach to swim or surf at Black Pot beach near the famous Hanalei Pier. Still central to sights/ shopping in Princeville and close to Hanalei Valley. End the day watching the sunset in privacy! For families or couples, this 2 bdm/2 bath unit is modern, private and comfortable for up to 5 guests but we often host couples and families.

The Master is upstairs with private ensuite and private lanai as well as OLED tv and ceiling fan. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs with Twin XL over Queen bed to accommodate a family or two couples. The second bathroom downstairs with tub. Both modern bathrooms have just been renovated.

Guest access
The entire unit is for guests, the owner does not live onsite.

In the past two years the roofing, new paved parking and new walking paths throughout the complex are complete. The complex is beautiful. In 2026 we repainted the lanais. We are happy to have these improvements to increase the guest experience.

We also updated to a new Monkeypod slab coffee table.

Chairs for 4 for the beach, a cooler, and umbrellas are inside the lanai closet for use to go to the beach.
