Perfect place for a vacation! We stayed as a family of four and we had a wonderful time. The place is well equipped, and perfectly located in the county, close to everything. The hosts were friendly and checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable.

Great family getaway!

I stayed at the County Cottage with my partner, 3 year old and our dog for three nights. The property was great and exactly as listed. Everything we needed was available and it was a short drive to all local attractions, groceries, etc. Alan was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce joli chalet. L’endroit était calme, propre et parfaitement équipé. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et la communication était facile et agréable. Tout est parfait.Les propriétaires sont des super personnes.Ca fait 2 ans que je loue la meme place,15 km de la plage,maison propre,TOUT meublé,vaisselles comprise,laveuse sécheuse et biens plus. Le compté de Bloomfield regorge d attraits touristique,beaucoup de vignoble et dégustation.Ses terres ont une altitude et 1 climat idéal pour la vigne.A visiter,je recommande

Highly recommended

We had a great a little getaway in PEC. Alan and Leah were wonderful hosts. We were greeted at our arrival, given a quick tour and made themselves easily available for any questions/ recommendations in the area. The house was clean, comfortable and had all of the necessary items needed. They even had dog treats and supplied us with doggy bags to make our fur babies comfortable. It was a great bungalow style stay for our 4 y.o as well. Their location is central to everything (sandbanks, wineries, etc). We hope to come back in the summer!Marie and Nate

Great place, convenient location, great people

It was a great pleasure to stay at this wonderful little house near lovely Bloomfield. My two adolescent boys repeated multiple times how much they liked the house. (Happy kids means happy single Dad!) It was a cold blustery winter in Canada and we were toasty warm and comfortable. We used the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We did laundry, watched TV on an impressive screen. (My son figured out how to watch old series from the 1960s.) The owners were super, responsive, accommodating, and friendly ... I highly recommend visiting Prince Edward County and staying in this lovely little house.

holiday break

Very well appointed, all the modcons you could wish for (brand new!), with kind and attentive hosts Alan and Leah welcoming us as well as bidding us farewell. Immaculate bathroom and kitchen layout - couldn't wish for a cleaner setup. We had a great time, and would definitely like to return this summer (2025). Thanks so much, Alan and Leah!

Amazing home away from home!

Everything about this place was perfect. Great hosts, beautiful clean space, good location, quiet & peaceful. The size is just right. All amenities are there. Can’t think of anything more to say except … stay here! You won’t be disappointed!

PEC Getaway

This was a fabulous spot for my husband and I to be centrally located to hikes, wineries, shopping, farmer markets, breweries and beach! Leah and Alan were helpful, friendly and accessible if needed. We’ll be back!

Perfect First Family Vacation !

Absolutely perfect stay at the County Cottage ! For our very first vacation as a family of four, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home for a few days while we visited PEC with our twin babies ! Great place to spend a vacation with family

Clean place, well maintained, new like property, all the amenities. Location wise - equally far from Picton and wellington. I spent a couple nights and I didn’t feel like the property needs any improvement or if anything was missing. Had few books and toys for the kids as well. Host was very nice and responsive. I definitely recommend this property.
