This modern house features, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a corner sofa, a television, and a Bluetooth speaker, as well as a suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a shower room with a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs (15 steps) is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Outside, you will have access to a sheltered wooden terrace with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Périgord Vert countryside, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The swimming pool, measuring 7m x 3.8m and 1.5m deep, is salt-water, secured by a safety cover, and is shared with another gîte. The grounds are not fenced.

Available upon request: a high chair, a child safety gate for the stairs, and a travel cot. Bed linen for a double bed: €15, bed linen for a single bed: €10, and towels: €10 per person/change. End-of-stay cleaning: €80. Pet supplement: €10 per day.
