This property is fully licensed and compliant with local regulations. 

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, garage area, and portions of the exterior perimeter for safety and property protection. One camera is positioned to monitor the golf course boundary and entry point. There are no cameras inside the home, in bathrooms, or in sleeping areas. The spa surface is digitally obscured for guest privacy.
