Gorgeous home in Le Grazie -SP-

In the greenery of olive trees, in absolute tranquility and privacy, lies this characteristic 18th century Ligurian farmhouse with a magnificent view of a gulf. In the shared natural plot awaits a beautiful green area with table, chairs and deckchairs, where you can enjoy the silence and the beautiful location above the sea and a small, pretty fishing village. A few kilometers away are Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. The fireplace is only decorative and therefore can not be used. The accommodation can be reached only on foot: from the road a narrow path with switchbacks or steep stone steps (about 200m) leads to the house. The house owner occasionally lives in the villa next door, about 200m away. Arrival after 8pm for a fee.

Bel endroit mais trop de surprises!

Un site très beau, une maison très agréable, mais malheureusement de nombreuses découvertes à l'arrivée..La vue magnifique depuis la maison implique une ascension d'escaliers sur plus de 300 mètres de haut..fort pratique avec les valises..de plus, une fois arrivés nous découvrons une maison très fort sale, malgré des frais de nettoyage importants et imposés. Le cadre est très agréable, au milieu d'une oliveraie. Mais toute cette végétation implique de nombreux insectes (moustiques tigre...) fort désagréables lorsque les moustiquaires sont vétustes et percées. Enfin, pour une location à ce prix, un barbecue dans le jardin et un wifi qui dure plus de 24 heures seraient appréciés.
