Appartement tres vieillot donc difficile de s'y sentir bien et mal équipé : 1 seul saladier, poubelle cassée, rideau de douche, chaise exterieures inconfortable, fauteils exterieurs inconfortables, pas de chaise longue alors que la terrasse est immense... pour le tarif, on s'attend à beaucoup mieux

Avons passé un excellent séjour. Très grande terrasse et très belle vue dégagée sur l’anse de Santa Giulia. Apparemment situé à environ 400 mètres au dessus de la plage. Petits commerces à proximité et bars/restaurants. Recommandé!

Tranquillità

La casa è inserita in una sorta di zona residenziale, quindi il posto è silenzioso e accogliente. Bellissima l'ampia terrazza e anche la vista. Ha una buona posizione anche per spostarsi nelle varie spiagge della zona (spostamenti di circa 30 minuti). Il mobilio è stato in parte rinnovato, ma avrebbe bisogno di un restailing, in generale è piuttosto datato. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Unica nota stonata: in casa c'è puzza di muffa. Arieggiando e vivendo la casa non è così evidente, però... ogni volta che rientravamo si sentiva un po' e tornata a casa nostra si sentiva nelle lenzuola usate lì.

Schönes Urlaubshaus mi kleinen Mankos

Das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön. Besonders die große Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht und die Nähe zum Strand (<10min zu Fuß) haben uns sehr erfreut. Die Einrichtung war zum Teil leider schon sehr abgenutzt aber sauber.

mais sans voiture ce n'est pas possible. Le premier point de ravitaillement est à 2,5 kilomètres. Sinon la plage est une merveille en Juin.
