The front desk was always available and very willing to help and please the client. The hotel is centrally located and close to the metro station. There’s also a supermarket next door.

A gorgeous room in a beautifully renovated historic building. The apartment had a gorgeous kitchen and bathroom, and was really huge. The staff (Luz, Paolo, Luiz and Julieta) were incredibly helpful and kind, especially since I had lost my cell phone. The location is great and easy to get to so many places on foot. I definitely look forward to staying at a Youropo again!

The hotel was very spacious and quiet. We loved the layout but many things did not work in the room. If you are just sleeping and using the bathroom, everything was fine. Some plugs did not work and some things did not turn on. Staff tried to help but had to call for property maintenance. Location is awesome and very close to the market, restaurants, shopping and transportation.

The building was historical and cute. They should work on providing more lights in the room. They should also inform the clients about requesting to clean the rooms. This was something not mentioned to us, and it was quite disappointing to come back after a long day, and see the room is still a mess.

We really enjoyed our stay at Youropo. The location is amazing and the room had everything we needed. It is in a very rustic and beautiful building which gave it a lot of charm.

A great apartment!
Our apartment was amazing! It had a full stocked kitchen with a small clothes washer/dryer unit. It rained hard when we were there so we used the unit to spin dry our wet clothes. The building is located across from the central market which was terrific to get anything you needed to eat or drink. There is also a convenience store right beside the building. Our check in was great and fast. There is an elevator in the building which is a plus! An overall great stay and I would highly recommend! ps. our unit was 2C.

Loved the way the apartment was built into the old building without losing the character. The apartment was well thought out and comfortable. The kitchen more than met our needs and having a washer was wonderful. We also liked the location with so much near by, the Mercado across the street and the Metro very near by. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
