Tuve un problema con la app de Expedia para el movil ya que al hacer la reserva me cambio las fechas y me la hizo solo para dos personas y yo la requería para tres. Solicite la ayuda via chat y me pidieron que les diera los datos confidenciales de mi tarje a lo cual conteste que por seguridada no los podria proporcionar y que no era necesario ya que Expedia los tenia ya como datos de la tarjeta que uso normalmente,pra mis reservas .Me contestaron que no podían hacer nada y que lo viera al llegar al hotel. En el hotel si me cambiaron las fechas de la reserva pero me vendieron otra habitación a parte para la tercera presona porque eso no lo podian corregior , asi que termine pagando el doble . Tengan cuidado con la app de Expedia en el movil puesto que no funciona correctamente y te hace reservar lo que no quieres , te cambia las fechas y terminas pagando doble. Yo no recomiendo que la usen, vayan mejor a sitio web.

Small rooms but clean and functional. Cannot beat the location within the city - just a short walk from the waterfront, cathedral, many bars and restaurants. Good value breakfast. Really helpful staff - we had some luggage to ship and they supported our calling for services, printing the label etc.

Great location with easy access to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The only thing to note is that walls can be thin and noise from the street loud on weekends plus on the 6th floor, the heavy rain got quite loud. But it was warm and comfy and I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Staff was courteous at check-in and the location was great! The room was not very clean, the bathroom felt dirty. It was also very noisy...I realize this is most likely a very old building, but if you're traveling with kids or sensitive noise, I'd look elsewhere. We were woken up multiple times a night and early morning by noises from neighbors in all directions.

Decent, basic hotel. Great location, in the center of the Riberia district, just a block uphill from the former stock exchange. Room was niced sized and had a bonus area with twin bunk beds. Rooms were clean and well insulated from street sounds. Only downside was that the walls between rooms were a bit thin and sounds echoed from the hallways.

Overall the hotel is excellent. Room was a nice size, clean and had a nice view from the window. If not a big breakfast eater, a nice cafe across the street to get a coffee and pastry. As well, they offered numerous English speaking stations on the tv. The only issue we had was poor internet service. It was inconsistent and we lost connection often while using.
