Nice large apartment. Very clean and comfortable. In the historic district quite walkable. Staff at the 24hr office were very friendly and helpful. The office was a 3 minute walk from the apartment. There were several nice restaurants within a block or two of the apartment. There was also a good coffee shop and a bakery very close to the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Youropo Downtown. There was one incident where there was a glitch in the system where it indicated I had checked out, so a housekeeper came and tried to access the room. The staff were very understanding and apologetic and explained the glitch. The bathroom shower also overflowed a few times, so you just have to be careful with the angle of the shower head. Otherwise, the property was in a great location, staff friendly, beautiful decor, and very spacious!

This property was in a great location for a short stay in Porto, right opposite the famous Bolhao market and close to metro station. The 4th floor apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kichen and good shower, all you could ask for.

This place was very well kept and clean. I have high standards, but would return here and recommend to friends. It was a bit difficult to find the recommended parking lot then the apartment so make sure you understand from the front desk what to do. Everyone was lovely!

Our Youropo apartment was very clean, lovely and comfortable. The only concern we had was with the air conditioner... It worked well but because of its remote location in the apartment, there is a water pump in the AC unit that constantly is cycling On and Off every few minutes to remove the condensation/water. The noise from the pump did disrupt our sleep.

The reception staff were incredible- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp both before and during our stay. The location of our apartment was perfect, very central. We walked everywhere but the metro station was literally right outside the door if we wanted it. Super clean, modern, convenient - and absolute winner!

Opposite the market, this appartment is perfect for any traveller. The security is great for a solo traveller. There is a metro station just out the door, if needed. There are several grocery stores just a block away, and there is an abundance of delicious food available at the market. The appartment is spacious and clean and you can arrange for it to be cleaned on days when it suits you. The Youropo staff were very helpful.

Due to the severe fires, unhealthy smoke conditions, road closures, and police advisories, we were unable to safely reach our reservation in Porto. We even tried driving to Porto the next day and were forced to turn back due to the heavy smoke and unhealthy conditions. That whole trip back and forth took almost six hours! The smoke was unbearable, which made it hard for us to breathe. I was in contact with the property manager throughout this ordeal and they refused to issue us a refund saying that we should have come anyway. This lack of flexibility and understanding, especially in the face of dangerous conditions, is unacceptable.

Lovely clean studio with kitchen, bathroom and tv. Lift access with a couple of steps and great location next to Bolhão market. 24 hr reception / concierge is 5 mins walk and v helpful with all requests and questions - loved it and would defo go back

Youropo properties are a great choice when staying in Porto. We ended up staying at 2 different places and both were in a great location, very clean, and comfortable. The pictures on the website are a great representation of the apartments. Staff was also very friendly and responsive with any questions that we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at these properties and would choose to stay there again.

Althouh the size of the room is small but well designed. Bathroom and toilet is separated so no need to wait or flight and the sink is outside the toilet so make everything so convenient
