I reserved a Premium room with 2 twin beds. There was enough room for 2 people and not as cramped as some European hotels. The room is clean and well appointed. The hotel isn't large which I prefer and on a side street which allowed me to walk and not be in the middle of the chaos 24/7. The breakfast was excellent with options for meat eaters, vegetarians and pescaterians. The staff were wonderful and helped me find my way around, local restaurants and taxis.

The staff here is superb. Strong attention to detail. Facilities are very well kept. Restaurant is grea. This location is not in the main part of Porto, but is an easy walk down to the river atea and Sao Bento train station. Not even a 10 minute walk

Very lovely hotel with a great staff. Probably had the best shower we’ve had in Portugal so far! We were able to walk everywhere. We very much enjoyed the roof top bar and the friendly bartenders. The food was good as well. Especially the mushroom risotto!

Convenient location on a quiet street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free bottled water daily. TV was not really working and the shower drain got clogged. They fixed the shower pretty quickly. Overall affordable and would recommend to others

Love, love this hotel! So pretty inside, loved the welcome glass of sparkling. Our room was spacious, clean and there was a snack, half bottle of wine and water waiting for us. Small things like a shoe shine kit, shower cap, comb and another kit were so appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful. My one tiny complaint, the bed is a bit hard but have found this in every hotel we’ve stayed in Portugal. The location is fabulous! So close to transit, both the subway and buses. There are great restaurants just steps away. Wine stores and if needed a laundromat. The pizza place just around the corner is great as well as the burger place just up the street from the metro. There’s a rooftop terrace with a great view of the city, and a pool too! The menu looked yummy from the food we saw at tables. We just enjoyed a beer there though. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel: Very disappointed with the pool area - very small and could not relax anytime near the pool. Expedia: hotel cost for 2 nights was high with Expedia - will probably revert back to using Booking app as they update customers and can use the cancel option if customer finds a better price. Nor happy with Expedia experience.
