The owner, Beatriz, was a joy to deal with. She helped a ton throughout my stay and the property was very comfortable and quiet. This property is a great pick if you want an area that's close to the downtown area without being in the heart of it. Highly recommend Pause Apartments.

The property was a bit away from the downtown area with the most restaurants and cultural landmarks, but it was easy to walk there. Fairly quiet at night and close to a metro station. Beatriz, who received when we arrived took the time to note things to see/visit and restaurants to eat at on a map.

Lovely property, walkable to local metro, to the centre and big grocery store just around the corner. Property was very clean and well laid out. Excellent customer service from the hosts; they were always quick to answer queries and were very approachable. Definitely recommend.

A nice apartment with prefect check in experience!! The staff there’s friendly and he introduced us quite a lot of nice tourist spots! The apartment is lovely and make us feel like home too! Definitely will introduce Pause Hotel to my friend if they are going to Porto to travel
