Tout était parfait, la localisation, le lit très confortable avec de la literie de qualité, les accessoires de cuisine. Le seul point négatif (et ce point revient sur plusieurs résumés) le wifi qui est déficient. Il ne fonctionne pas toujours et s’il fonctionne signal dans la chambre est très faible. C’est le seul point négatif. Je recommande.

This accommodation is nice in itself, but contacting the responsible people is a nightmare. There were three of us, and unfortunately, upon arrival there were only towels and bed linens for two people. One of us had to sleep on the sofa without a blanket or anything else, which is very unpleasant in an accommodation used by many different people. Upon check-in, which is contact free (you get codes for the front door and the key vault), we were told that we can call or write a WhatsApp text message at any time. We did this, but nobody picked up for days and also didn't answer our texts, again for several days - until today we didn't get any answer. Luckily, a cleaning staff member (we presume) found our note and got us bedding for the sofa on the third day. Still, a disaster. Fortunately Expedia tried to solve this issue, but also they did not succeed - at least we got a partial refund. Following information on Expedia about the accommodation is incorrect: there is no place to leave luggage there, there is never anyone at the reception, and there is hardly any contact with the staff possible. Unfortunately, a real shame, as the accommodation is very well located and clean. However, we would not recommend it, as you are left alone if something goes wrong.

Great place at a great price!

Overall my stay was great. It’s close to the metro and bus. It was clean and very enjoyable. Be prepared for the stairs if you get the 5th floor attic room, there’s no lift.

Nice studio

Clean and nicely decorated. Good location near the subway. Staff was very friendly to introduce attractions in the city at my check in. I stayed in the first floor facing the street, but the is not much noise and I can sleep well at night. However, there is no elevator and the toiletries can be improved - only one bottle of diluted soap for both hair and body.

The place was awesome, clean, spacious, in the center, just 2 blocks from a Metro station. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful, he even offer to hold or luggage after check out. The only down side (not for me) but for people with leg problems are the stairs, there is no elevator. Also, I understand there are not an hotel and that they cant have a 24 hour service desk, be sure to get on the specific times to check in. For me overall it was super. I will stay again and again.

Fantastic!

This was a great apartment, in a great position. Walk-able to all the sights Porto has to offer, yet very close to public transport (metro and train) if needed. The service we received on a late night check-in was especially superb.

I absolutely loved this apartment. The location was perfect, a few steps away from city centre on a quiet street. The apartment was beautifully designed and decorated, very spacious and equipped with all the amenities you can think of. The receptionist was very helpful and polite, fluent in English and French. At check out I was allowed to leave my baggage in a storage as my flight was later in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great Location!

The location, which is only a 5min walk from Sao Bento station, was perfect! Even though it's in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. The front desk attendant was friendly and helped orient us right away.

If only all vacation apartments were this good!!!

Fantastic staff - Diogo and Maria were awesome: so welcoming and kind. The owner of this building is very smart to realize that great staff has such an impact and makes such an impression on guests! The interior of the apartment is well appointed - exceptionally clean and modern - we lacked for nothing. The sheets on the bed are seriously divine. I’m a bit of a linen geek and the sheets OLS uses are the best!!The starter kit of coffee pods was appreciated. The only thing we wished for was a washing machine but we found a very clean laundromat nearby so all was good. The apartment is in a fantastic location - easy access to everything. Portuguese people are SO kind and welcoming - we are already missing Porto and will definitely be back. We wholeheartedly recommend Oporto Local Suites. And no, we aren’t related to anyone on the team, nor were we paid for this review. :) keep up the good work OLS, we will definitely be back to Porto and will stay with OLS again. Obrigida.
