This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project carried out in the year 2012, which has restored the exterior facades of the building and its interior spaces, turning them into functional and cozy holiday apartments.

Great stay!

The property was wonderful and fully stocked! We enjoyed our time thoroughly. The location is perfect and walking distance from town and nearby food markets. Our hosts were very kind and communicative. Highly recommend!

Schönes Haus - enttäuschende Einrichtung

Die Lage des Hauses ist günstig, die Nachbarschaft etwas anonym. Die Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Haus ist leider völlig lieblos saniert und unpersönlich eingerichtet. Zudem in bereits schlechten Zustand (Laminatboden, Armaturen, Schränke, Bad). Die praktische aber lieblose Einrichtung heißt einen als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schlüsselübergabe/Koordination unkompliziert. Trotzdem Schade um das schöne Art Deco Gebäude!

Les photos ne laissent pas apparaître le manque de rangement : pas de placard pour le rangement des vêtements seulement une penderie en toile de plastique .en ce qui concerne la vaisselle un couvert ,un verre par personne ...les matelas dans une chambre ne sont pas adaptés pour des adultes.le lave linge ne fonctionne pas très bien un seul cycle peut être utilisé. les personnes qui résident au dessus étaient très bruyantes. Points positifs l’emplacement proche du centre et du metro ,le chauffage.et le contact avec le propriétaire.
