Villa located in the secured residence "Les Tamaris" only 500m from the sea with swimming pools and entertainment for the children (from june to september - access extra to pay). It is a T3 house with Airconditioning. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and on the ground floor, a living room with fitted kitchen. 1 bathroom with new shower with separate WC and washing machine. A spacious wintergarden and fenced terrace. Possibility to park in front of the house. No access to garage.
Equipments: dishwasher, french television, Coffee machine, kettle, combinated fridge/freezer, micro-wave, mini oven, 4 vitro hobs, SENSEO,vacuum cleaner, toaster...CLEANING FEES INCLUDED - only a SMALL PETS IS ALLOWED

This residence is very close to the shops and restaurants of Portiragnes Plage. The residence is ideally suited to families, children are very well catered for. During the season there are local markets several times a week where you can purchase local produce. In the nearby town of Beziers there is a beautiful flower market on a Friday. The canal du midi is perfect for cycling along or hiring an eco boat to explore.
