2.5 stars.. check in good. Had to pay $250 deposit vs the $150 on Expedia website! Toilet took forever to fill tank to be flushed, took 30mins to fill. Tiles in bathroom floor loose and the grout was falling out. Black mold behind toilet tank lid. Shower hot, bed comfy, pillows need replacing - would be flat halfway thru the night. Booked room for 3 guests only had 1 towel in bathroom. Had to request more towel. Staff friendly and nice and delivered quickly. Never came and fixed toilet. Cleaning never came by to empty trash cans.
