Beautiful setting but unresolved issues

The property is beautifully situated on the beach. The furnishings are well planned and adequate. However, the washing machine was not working when we arrived and was not repaired the entire week. The property manager was apologetic and worked with us to allow us to use washers in nearby units. However, when you arrive with four toddlers anticipating laundry on the premises, this creates a hardshi.
