The interior of the house description was accurate. There was popcorn in the seams of the couch and on the coffee table and food debris under the couch. The exterior was very shabby-especially the damaged side. The driveway had debris including nails and pieces of debris from the exposed side of the building. We killed a cockroach. I was disappointed in the overall exterior condition-need for clean-up and paint.

The home layout was wonderful, plenty of space for the teens to hang out when they wanted their alone time. Beds were comfy, bathrooms for everyone. And the wet bar was the best thing ever with the ice machine… kitchen was well stocked, just needs a crock pot And a ceiling fan on the screen porch. We have a marvelous time with our whole family

Loved staying at Coy T by the sea, excellent communication with the owner throughout the process, plenty of room for everyone to have their space (6 adults & 4 kids from ages 4-14), loved being right on beach. We will definitely be booking to stay again.

Third time here and better than ever

We love coming back to this house. It suits our family perfectly - lots of room to gather for meals or TV. The suite upstairs accommodates our daughter and her family (children 2 and 4). Downstairs primary bedroom is ours. That leaves a third bedroom if other family members are able to join us. The best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered and that’s a big deal for our family who loves to cook. This stretch of the beach is not crowded and is plenty wide enough to set up our canopy for the day. There is not a great deal of change from low to high tide. Last but not least Robin is wonderful to work with. Responsive and considerate, you could not ask for a better host.

Great time!

We had a great stay at Coy T by the sea. It was our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids under 8 years old) and two sets of grandparents. We were celebrating a birthday and the 4th of July. We had a wonderful time together sitting on the screened in porch drinking coffee, hanging out at the beach, and making dinners together. We had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, and plenty of space for everyone. I loved the sunroom downstairs! It would be nice if the boardwalk went all the way to the beach, but it was still a relatively easy walk. We loved the home, and we would feel blessed to be able to visit again.

Beautiful spacious house on the beach!

This house is exactly as described in the listing. Lots of room for family to spend time together with plenty of seating options that offer views of the gulf. Property owner was very courteous and even provided a gift for visitors which was a 1st for us with VRBO rentals. Easy and convenient beach access via wooden boardwalk to an uncrowded beach. Already planning our next trip here.

CoyT provided everything I look for in a rental- great location, well supplied kitchen and comfortable sleeping. Also the host was easy to contact with issues during our stay. My favorite was the "reading room" - a place to sit and watch the gulf on chilly/windy days.

Beautiful home, great location and very well equipped!!!

Great communication with owner especially due to the threat of hurricane Ian. It all worked out well thankfully. The stay was all we expected and more!!! We will be back. This house is so spacious - you can be together or get alone easily!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and well equipped for all our needs. We had good weather except for rain one Wednesday but the girls still enjoyed horseback riding on the beach that evening. We only saw 2 other groups during our stay so it was like our own private beach. Our hosts were responsive to our questions and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Coy T by the Sea.
