This home is in the perfect location to base. The surrounding restaurants and grocery stores are all conveniently located. I was able to communicate with the owners easily and any question i had was able to be answered
Overall, we had a great experience. The only reason the review was not a five star is due to the golf cart being out of service, although it was listed that we could use it. There are restaurants with in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. The property was clean and there was plenty of games and things to do at the property. Perfect for a family stay.
The location of this home was absolutely perfect for our trip -just 7 minutes from where we needed to be - and the house itself is very cute. While the home is a bit older and could use a few minor repairs/touch-ups, it had a lot of charm.However, we ran into several issues regarding amenities. We registered as a party of 8, but the house was only stocked with 5 towels, meaning some couples had to share. Additionally, while the listing states it accommodates 9 people, there were no sheets available for the pull-out couch, forcing one of our couples to split up and sleep on regular couches with just a few blankets we managed to find. We also had to purchase our own hand soap for the bathroom and a sponge to wash dishes. Also, note for future guests: the listing says it only fits 2 cars, but the driveway could easily fit 4, which would have saved us a lot of pre-trip parking stress!On a positive note, the owner was very kind and granted us a late check-out at 11:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a communication gap, as the cleaner arrived at 10:30 AM and politely but awkwardly rushed us out. It's a lovely property with great potential, but the management/turnover team needs to ensure it is properly stocked for the number of guests on the reservation.
