Stayed here twice at this point. Great access to the main roads so it is convenient. Rooms seem clean and well serviced. All the staff I have interacted with are friendly.

Did not actually even step foot on the property. Due to severe weather and flooding, roads were blocked from where we were coming from and called to hopefully request a refund. Staff was not understanding at all. There are plenty of other hotels that you can stay at, avoid this one at all cost.

Room had a strong musky moldy smell. With medical issues I couldn’t handle the stay. Sadly I booked with Expedia on a last second pinch, and had a no cancellation I didn’t notice. The hotel was at compactly on the bottom floor and I am not able to do stairs so there where no available rooms on the bottom for me to switch too. No manager on duty, and they still denied my refund request through Expedia knowing I was unable to stay there, and still has not responded to my message. Will not be back nor do I recommend this place.

Where to start? Hot tub out of order. Try to take a hot bath to soak tired and sore muscles, water was Luke warm at best. Moved bed away from wall to plug in item and seen dried up food, dirt, and a toy of some kind. If my wife wanted to get out while I was at work she would have only been able to go about 100' each direction because there was no ada ramps at the end of the sidewalks. Overall horrible experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Best part of my stay. My room was adequate; however, the toilet was loose so it made a bunch of noise when flushing. After midnight the property was very loud with people talking/fighting and something that sounded like construction. I will not be staying here again.

The building in the surroundings were OK. The people were friendly, but the rooms need updated terribly bad and we had a shower that the control for the temperature was worn out and the water was scolding. Hot wasn’t pleasant.
