Comfortable stay but needs some work

- spacious 2 bedroom unit
- felt like home
- great quiet location and lovely friendly residents living in the complex
- nice views of park and ocean from balcony
- reasonable value for money
Cons
- cleanliness, leather lounges very dirty doona cover stained. When I changed the cover myself I saw the state of the doona underneath. Needless to say it took a lot to get the image out of my head while I slept under it. Owner needs to update for hygiene.
- no heating or cooling. Only ceiling fans, we stayed in Sep and nights were still cold. We had to rig up.
