Located in Port Alto, "Seas the Bay" is your place to get away. Only 20 minutes from all the amenities of Port Lavaca or Palacios, but far enough to really "Get Away!" This 1800 square foot 3 king bedroom, 3 full bath house has spacious indoor living, and plenty of outdoor living areas to hang out with friends and family, or to sneak off to your own spot for some quiet time. Beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, fully equipped home away from home. Separate Master Suite with a wonderful jetted tub. The below deck area has a large bunk room with 2 bunk beds, a large separate bath with shower (two doors for easy access from outside), refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The outside kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, large BBQ, and plenty of barstools to cozy up at the end of the day. A well known area for fishing, hunting, and bird watching, Port Alto is a hidden jewel.

Well-suited for out of town business visitors and teams of technicians. Ideal for Formosa, Inteplast, Dow engineers and technicians, as well as oil/gas workers, and environmental research groups.
