Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our short get a way from Minnesota and enjoyed watching the dolphins. The house was lovely and absolutely loved being on the gulf. Marinela was so helpful in things to do and so responsive.

This was a very nice property. The pool area and dock were great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed. The only downside was no washer and dryer.

Our stay was INCREDIBLE! The home is in a quiet location. The pool was perfect on the hot afternoons and the fishing dock was a dream. It was so nice to be able to fish all day and there are also lights for night fishing. Marinela is the best contact person and so very helpful with local information and info about the house. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'd need. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and can't wait to return! Thank you!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing and the fishing was great. We were lucky enough to witness the SpaceX launch from the house. It was an unplanned bucket list experience. Awesome!!!!!

Great stay, property is older. Some minor inconveniences include lack of dishwasher, heated pool and offset grill. However the location and overall amenities made up for it. Most relaxing social distancing ever

We stayed here for 5 days and it was the perfect spot to relax while Texas reopens in phases. The fishing from the dock and swimming pool were definitely highlights of our stay. The beds were comfortable too, which is important after a full day outside on the beach or fishing. My only minor complaint is that no matter how often we set the a/c temperature to cool it somehow kept switching itself to a very warm temperature that someone might set if they were going away for a long time.

Great waterfront home with plenty of space and amenities for a large family. Host was excellent, very responsive and informative and the home was VERY clean, inside and out. Only critique for the property would be the need to increase the height of the fence on the garage side of the home, overlooking the pool. The neighbors had several people working on their house the week we stayed which made for some uncomfortable times where my teen girls did not feel comfortable going out to the pool and workers being able to see everything in the yard. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay in Port Isabel.

The host of this property is so kind and let us know in advance we could contact her any time for any issues. We had no issues at the property and had one of the best stays we have ever had. Our annual family trip was fantastic here!! Both families loved the outdoor space and location! The home was beautiful and perfect for two families to stay in with kids! The owner had the best advise and insight on everything we needed.

Not family friendly

It is a beautiful property but not family friendly. You are definitely being watch through cameras and snoopy neighbors taking pictures of you for evidence. It was completely our fault for not notifying the owner of the last minute change of the people that were staying. We ended up with one extra adult and a baby and were trying to eat and rest after an 8 hour drive while seeing if they would allow them to stay for an extra charge. They said no and half the group left respecting their wishes and did not return to the home the remainder of our vacation. We gave the neighbor with camera in hand the benefit of the doubt that he was taking pictures of other things. We believe he took pictures of our children in the pool to notify the owners how many people were there. The owner mentioned that the neighbor had notified them on how many people he had counted outside etc.
