Our Guest Inn and Suites - Downtown
"This is a cute inn across the road from Lake Erie. We didn't arrive until about 6:30pm but the young lady at the desk was welcoming. She made a helpful suggestion for a place to eat supper. It was good that the downtown area was only a couple of blocks away because the fog was really starting to roll in! We had a delicious burger and beer at the After-Hours side of the Cafe in town. The people there were friendly- we even had an Elvis sighting! The outdoor pool was closed but we did enjoy the small coffee pot and frig in our clean & comfortable room. We picked up a breakfast sandwich at the Wendy's next door and carried it across the road to the port. We also got a few steps in on the pier before finishing our long trip home! This hotel is a hidden gem in this little town between Cleveland and Toledo. We were thankful to find it!"
