Beach Bum is 4 bedroom 2 bath split floorplan family‑friendly beach home, high speed interned. pet‑friendly that sleeps 14 and features a well‑equipped kitchen, beds made with fresh linens, and an unbeatable location in Crystal Beach near the Big Store, restaurants, and the shops, plus a 5-7‑minute walk to the beach. Gulf cart access down the street to right. Enjoy outdoor living with a shaded hangout area, fenced yard, large play set, charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower, close to Gregory Park
Must be 25+ to book (no booking for someone else). Pets must be okay`d by owners prior to stay. There is a pet fee. Please include your pets when you book. Initial Pet Fee is for up to 2 pets, additional pets require an additional fee. Respect your neighbors. Noise ordinance after 10:30. Smoking allowed outside ONLY, and all cigarette butts must be put in provided butt cans. Any butts on the ground will result in additional cleaning fee. EV charging is not permitted. See our Rental Agreement for other rules.

Honestly everything was great, except for the fact although it says no smoking as soon as you walk in it smells like cigarettes. And after we got home we were having to do loads and loads of clean laundry bc everything smells like cigarettes. Coming from a group of non smokers it makes it hard.
