Read this review before deciding to rent this house! We rented this house for a full week and when we got there it quickly became apparent that minimal effort was put into its upkeep. The house smelled very strongly of mildew when we walked in. We tried airing it out which helped a little but when we turned in the air conditioner, the mildew smell became much stronger. There is mold growing on AC vents, on the upstairs bathroom ceiling, and on the upstairs blinds and door that leads outside. The doorknob to the upstairs exterior door is rusted/pulled out and bent, making it very difficult to open and close/lock the door. The AC intakes had excessive dust collected on them. There was no smoke alarm upstairs and the cover on a light fixture downstairs had a melted area on it and smelled like burning plastic when you turned it on. The house appears to be in mid-flip and is listed for sale on a local realty site. Unfortunately, when I reached out to the owner he accused me of looking for reasons to get a refund. I offered to send pictures but he did not provide me with a way to do so and stoped communicating with me. This house is in no way worth the 1,300 I was charged and so far not refunded for. We left after one night and went to a more comfortable house.

Got to the property and walked in the house which was 90 degrees inside. The power to the house was OFF and had been off for weeks by the smell of the place. The place also had not been cleaned as there were beer cans and cigarette butts all over the property. The view of the water in the pics no longer exists due to homes being built there. This place is an absolute disaster. We left immediately upon arrival. DO NOT BOOK! Owner does not take care of property for his guests.

It does not even deserve a zero! Mold everywhere. Doors would not close enough to stay locked. Furniture was old and we would not even sit on it. The actual door hardware was missing from wood so as not close enough to be safe. I am going to try to post pictures. I let others sleep while I stayed awake to keep watch. Tried getting host but no answer or text back.

Nice property close to the beach

We picked the property due to the close proximity to the beach. Ryan was a very attentive host and worked with us in getting in the house a little early to get to the beach. We had a few issues but Ryan was always trying to help solve them for us. He was easy to work with.

Nice place close to the beach.

Property was not cleaned upon arrival and water was cut off during our stay. The unit was not stocked with cleaning supplies/toilet paper ect. Owner did resolve the water issue relatively quickly and gave a partial refund for the cleaning inconvenience. The beach was nice and only a short walk away.
