Walk up the stairs to a spacious deck and take in the great view at this delightful beach house. Soothing coastal color palette and comfy furnishings make it easy to put your hectic life on hold and get on "beach time". Open concept living/dining/kitchen allows for easy flow and interaction. Fully stocked kitchen with ample prep space on granite countertops and tons of storage make meal prep, service and clean up a breeze!

The primary suite has queen size bed, flat-screen tv and full size bath with a shower-tub combo. Two other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house with a bathroom separating them. One bedroom has 2 full sized beds and TV with smart device, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunks -- 1 double/twin and 1 twin/twin and TV w/ smart device.

Relax with your morning coffee on the deck then take the short stroll to the beach and search for treasures while the kids build castles in the 's nothing quite like being on beach time to put things in perspective!

Look what happened to the neighborhood!

A wonderful first night however six automobiles pulled up with 21 guest across the street! The next two nights weren’t so great with 21 and 8 cars up the street. We will stay on the row A when we return and perhaps THE BRADY BUNCH will not! The water looked like our ranch tanks too and was hot! The seaweed felt very uncomfortable not sore how to fix that issue. We have best friends that live on the island and we will return and I still might personally buy a beach row A home. I just need to see more sand closer to the water and less Trump flags with rednecks. But somethings one can never change. Lol

The rooms look bigger in the pictures than they actually are. Ants were still an issue. None of the lamps worked in the bedrooms. Tv doesn’t stay on in one room. Location was great. House was pretty clean. We enjoyed our stay over all.

This property had the best view! Close to everything and nice ocean view. The only problem was there was a-lot of ants. The living room carpet had a lot of ants underneath and we had kids with us, but overall very good experience will definitely be back!! :)

Clean, comfortable and well kept. The only complaint was the noise from construction in the neighborhood. Wifi was out due to a storm that hit before our stay.

Perfectly Peaceful

the home is just like in the pictures! Very roomy and so many sleeping options. The master bed was so comfortable i have not slept so well in years at home. I think the dishwasher is having a rough time we had to handwash but we didnt mind. THE BEACH is really within a 3 to 5 minute walk or 200 feet away at most and you have a beautiful view to sit and drink coffee from the deck. Galveston is an hour away and the ferry is free 24/7 there is so much to do there and a Walmart for essentials. We loved After dune delight and will go back! soon we hope!

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay at After Dune Delight!! It was the perfect spot. Great views of the water and a quick walk to the beach. The house was a great size and plenty of space inside and outside. Will Definitely book again!

Beach vacation

The house is located in a great location. Short walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the deck and seeing the beach from the house. Great house for small children and small group gathering.
