A part les caprices du climat,dans l’ ensemble bon sĂ©jour ,le plus, environnement calme,proximitĂ© de la plage ,le moins ,le bien est situĂ© dans un sous sol de villa espace restreint en hauteur ,le dĂ©cors des tuyaux et fils apparents,ce bien n’ est pas fait pour sĂ©journer longtemps.
