It was right by the Lagoon which was awesome and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very pleasant.

What I liked about the property was the boat ride with family along the Blue Lagoon. Absolutely gorgeous. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Much thanks Dickey our guide and go to person. Give him a raise. He works sooo hard. We had breakfast which was included and it was very tasty. Don’t like: Rooms were not very clean, linen had several stains on it . The bathroom was extremely small and outdated. Not appropriate for someone over 100 pounds. Be careful when using bathroom as you will bump into fixtures. My niece stayed on the twin bed an when she got up the mattress had a hugh sink in it ( shaped like a boat). They photoshopped this one extremely well. Not wheelchair accessible and lots of steps to go in and out of property. What I asked for on Travelocity was not what I got. Will use bookings next time. Owner of property had his dog walking around. Very unsettling as some members of my group felt uncomfortable. Exit to get to boat ride is VERY UNAPPEALING. A eye sore. If the owner would spend some money to CLEAN IT UP what a gem it could be. I will reach out to the Jamaican Tourist board. Stayed one night. THANK GOODNESS NOT A DAY LONGER. DON’T GO BY PICTURES PLEASE.

Annie, We are deeply sorry that your stay was not a memorable one. The team here at Moon San strive to perfection daily and will take note and act on the red flags you pointed out. I am happy that you did at least enjoy our tasty breakfast and complimentary boat ride and the late check out. It is entirely reasonable for a hotel to limit the number of people in a room, I would not recommend that you try to cheat the hotel by being dishonest about the number of people in the room Once more I apologize for your discomfort but you paid for a room for three people not four. I repeat myself once more that I am very sorry you and your family didn’t feel satisfied with your stay. Regards Alecia
