The Grove: Lakeside Tiny Home

Welcome to The Grove at Lake Sutherland, where the allure of the Pacific Northwest beckons. Nestled amidst the stunning landscapes of the Olympic Peninsula, you'll find a perfect blend of adventure and serenity, allowing you to enjoy the comforts of home and easy access to the lakes, mountains, and dozens of nearby trails. Whether you're fishing on the lake or hiking through the mountains, you can expect each day to be unforgettable and filled with pure relaxation amidst nature's beauty.

As you step into the cozy confines of our picturesque tiny home at Lake Sutherland, the crisp Pacific Northwest air greets you and the tiny home welcomes you with open arms, offering all the comforts of home in a compact and charming package.

The house can comfortably sleep four people, with two queen beds—one in the main bedroom and one in the loft. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and two smart TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

The kitchen is furnished with all you need for coffee and tea each morning, along with the essential appliances and spices to make a warm meal after a long day. Enjoy your meals together around the dining table, or take it to the patio for an epic barbecue. After a hot meal, settle down in the living room for a movie night, where you'll find a Smart TV, board games, and a comfortable couch.

There is no shortage of exterior space to relax and unwind. The exterior features a barbecue, plenty of seating, and a dining table on the deck. The yard also boasts more seating around the putting green. Additionally, you will have access to the lake and dock.

The Lake is a one minute walk from the home, and there is a convenience store up the road that does Kayak rentals. Whether you're casting a line for the perfect catch, cooling off in the lake, or simply basking in the natural splendor that surrounds you, the lake promises an unforgettable time.

The home is located within a gated community on Lake Sutherland. Guests will have access to the whole property, this includes WIFI, parking, and full use of your own washer and dryer. On the home's exterior, the guests have access to the barbecue, a large patio with dining, and the putting green. In addition to the areas on the property, guests will also have access to a community dock, lake, and a boat slip if they would like to bring their boat.

Maple Grove is a charming gated community nestled on the serene shores of Lake Sutherland, a gorgeous lake adjacent to the Olympic National Forest. It is conveniently located near some of the best parts of Olympic National Park offering an endless supply of outdoor adventures. This close-knit community is perfect for couples, friends, and families with children. It boasts expansive grassy areas ideal for playing games, having picnics, or simply basking in the sun. Residents and guests are welcome to enjoy the community dock, providing easy access to the refreshing waters of Lake Sutherland. Maple Grove offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty, recreational activities, and neighborly camaraderie.

The community is gated, ensuring only friends, family, and guests are permitted access. Our Home has ample parking, enough for two large vehicles, with additional street parking available if needed. Maple Grove is a small, quiet community with only two streets, making it perfect for walking. Just outside the community and across the street there's a small store offering kayak rentals, food, and snacks. This setup makes it easy to explore and enjoy the neighborhood on foot.

*The ceiling in the loft is very low. It is 40 inches at its highest. It is great for kids and sleeping for the night. If you are taller, please consider this before booking this home. See photos for more details.
-The washer and dryer are in the small building behind the home. We supply laundry detergent for you to use.
- If you need additional linens or stock please do not hesitate to let us know.
- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please, no other products.
- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Porch, Yard, or lake, Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level. We do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.

-During the Fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. In such an event, let it be an opportunity to reconnect with loved ones, nature, and its simplicity without modern distractions.
