Welcome to Sea Retreat, jaw dropping panoramic views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca 120ft above the shore. The living room boasts 12 foot ceilings with 3 massive picture windows framing the Strait and Victoria view. On the south side the home is surrounded by majestic Olympic mountain peaks. Set on a very private 1/2 acre Sea Retreat is perfect for multi-family getaways, large families, or just a romantic retreat for two.

Please note we have wonderful neighbors on both sides that we know and trust. They can, and have, let us know if the house is being used for a party. If you are looking for a party house this house is not for you. Please respect our neighbors and you will have a memorable and pleasant stay.

The home features a 700sqft panoramic deck in the back and a fully fenced in yard for parent's peace of mind. In the kitchen you'll find new KitchenAid stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The living room has a large sectional couch facing the ocean. A media room downstairs with a 70" 4k TV with Xbox One plus surround sound and an adjacent playroom with a tournament-sized pool table and a foosball table and bar. If you need to get a little work done, there's a large quiet Study with desk and chair and a laptop ready for use.

Sleeping quarters are split between the main floor and the second floor. The master is on the main floor with large en suite that includes a jetted soaker tub. There are two bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. NOTE: there are two ways to get to the loft. Either the exterior door from the deck or via the upstairs mountain-side bedroom through the room's closet.

Sea Retreat accommodates up to 14 guests, but we strive to maintain fairness for our single-family visitors by minimizing fees. If your booking exceeds 4 guests (the typical family size), an extra per-guest fee will apply to cover cleaning and turnover times for larger groups.

Sea Retreat is located just west of downtown Port Angeles, a 5-minute drive away. While you're down there enjoy the dining, walk the beautiful pier, catch a ferry to Victoria, or tour one of the numerous wineries.
