This 180m² wooden-frame house offers an ideal location between countryside and coastline and can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).It consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs as well as all household appliances and kitchen necessities so that you feel at home; fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, multi-function food processors, wok, pressure cooker,...The living room with TV and Wi-Fi access has air conditioning and opens onto a 40m² wooden terrace with a swimming pool and garden.On the night side, the ground floor has two double rooms (140 beds) each with an additional single bed in a mezzanine (less than one metre ceiling height), a suite (160 bed) with access to the terrace, a dressing room and a water room, and upstairs a second suite with a double bed (160 bed), WC, private bathroom and air conditioning. An independent bathroom, a study area, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, changing mat), table and iron, and two fans complete the rental.The landscaped garden is partially enclosed and has a relaxation area with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and gas plancha.The ionised pool (chlorine-free) is heated and available from 15 June to 15 September.
