Great room with a lovely view. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, as was the service in all areas of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The features in the hotel which showed aspects of its past and the location by the river and weir were ideal. Lovely pool area with towels provided too. We had to wait a while to check in though as there was only one person on the desk and the couple in front had a problem which needed to be resolved.

Room was very clean and authentic Italian decor. The hotel is a renovated mill right in the river. Front staff so very helpful. The restaurant had incredible food. Best dessert I have ever had. Chocoltiamo a creation of the chef. Perfect textures and flavours of chocolate. Couldn’t have been happier with this choice of place to stay.

This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Despite our early arrival, the staff was able to accommodate us with a room right away. While we waited, we explored the property and were immediately impressed by the stunning views. Our bags were delivered to our room for us, allowing us to fully enjoy our time on the grounds. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless and ensuring our refrigerator was always stocked with water. Overall, the property offered breathtaking views, excellent cleanliness, and warm, friendly service. We loved every bit of it 10/10 recommend!

Loved the space by the spa as it was easy to find a free sofa to read, relax and grab a glass of wine. The massage was excellent. Shuttle was very convenient. Marco our waiter at dinner was an A++++. The property and staff were incredible! The only dislike was the drinks at the bar were VERY expensive. Otherwise a great experience, delicious food and fantastic staff.
